Delivery

Every piece is made to order for you, so it ships within 7–9 working days. As soon as it leaves, we email you a tracking link.

We currently deliver within the UK.

You can also use our cancellation form, but you don’t have to.

Free returns

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return it. Returns are free.

1. Email hello@backbencheruk.com with your order number and the item you’re returning.
2. We send you a free return label.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unworn and unwashed.
4. We refund you within 14 days of receiving it back, or of proof of postage if sooner, to your original payment method. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled more than needed to check it.

Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, email hello@backbencheruk.com with your order number and a photo. Within 30 days of delivery you can choose a full refund, including delivery. After that, we’ll repair or replace it, or refund you if that isn’t possible. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
